it’s in our people

Here at J&F, it’s our people who make us great. We are a team of machining enthusiasts with the highest dedication to the customers we partner with.

Machining runs through our veins

J&F Machine was founded in 1976 in Los Alamitos, making tooling and doing small production runs for the canning and bottling industry. As a technical guru, Rick and his team eventually began solving problems for OEMs in the local aerospace industry. As their reputation grew, so did the business. Today, J&F remains a small business on purpose, to ensure we continue providing our chosen customers with

the highest level of performance at the lowest total cost. The latest step on our journey has been to partner with Threadlock Precision, a network of leading American precision manufacturing companies in aerospace and defense. Through its collaboration on operating resources, capital commitment, and shared level of ambition, Threadlock Precision helps us be even better at what we do.

The majority of our team has been with us for more than five years, with a significant number of employees having over 20 years of service. They are true machinists and critical to ensuring the quality and speed our customers depend on. We believe in continuous improvement through training and education – we never stop learning and improving, and do so as a family.
