J & F Machine, Inc. was founded in 1976 as a combination metal shop, making tooling and small production runs. We specialized in high precision one and two off commercial projects, focusing on the local canning and bottling industry.
J & F Machine has been a closely held, family-owned business. It all started with a vision, determination and 1,200 square feet of manufacturing space in Los Alamitos, California. At that time, the company consisted of two conventional machines and a single employee.
The company transformed over the years by incorporating in 1996, expanding capabilities, staff, purchasing new equipment and integrating digital systems to accommodate the demands of technology and customer needs. This transition quickly positioned J & F Machine, Inc. into one of the top State of the Art metal production facilities in Southern California.
The company boasts a workforce of 28 special skilled employees, and over 11,000 square feet of warehouse, machine space to include 5-axis machining. J & F Machine have been awarded the Goldman Sachs Small Business Entrepreneurial Scholarship, allowing them to stay.
